When your child is completing the Application Questionnaire, they are required to provide at least one Alternative Contact who is their legal guardian and confirm your email address when submitting the application.

You will receive an email notification to complete Parent/Guardian Consent forms (in AdobeSign). Once signed, the assigned Admissions Representative (AR) will be notified.

If you are unable to access the provided email, you can contact the AR for support or complete signatures in-person at the Job Corps Admissions office.

Note: You may need to sign additional forms depending on your child's status and unique application. The AR will work with you to complete all required documentation or consent.
