Job Corps is here to help you! Whether it is your Admissions Representative or the MyJobCorps Help Center, we will provide you with information and support while navigating the admissions process.

Contact your Admissions Representatives if you need help with:

  • Answering questions about Job Corps benefits, campus life, training programs, and support
  • Requesting a reasonable accommodation or getting language translation assistance
  • Answering specific application questions
  • Identifying and tracking down required documentation
  • Understanding forms that require signatures
  • Choosing a career training program
  • Rescheduling orientations or other admissions meetings

Contact the MyJobCorps Help Center if you need help with:

  • Getting answers to frequently asked questions
  • Resolving technical issues (e.g., account creation, password reset, website and software issues)

  • Connecting you with your Admissions Representative if you haven’t heard from them
