If you or your parent/guardian have questions while applying to Job Corps, we're here to support you! There are two main ways to get help: your Admissions Representative and the MyJobCorps Help Center.
Contact your Admissions Representative when you need help with:
- Understanding Job Corps benefits, campus life, or training options
- Figuring out what documents you need and how to get them
- Understanding the Agreements you sign as apart of your application
- Requesting a reasonable accommodation or language translation
- Getting answers to application-specific questions
- Rescheduling orientation or other admissions meetings
- Choosing the right career training program for you
You can find your Admissions Representative’s phone number and email in your MyJobCorps Portal.
Contact the MyJobCorps Applicant Help Center when you need help with:
- Resolving a technical issue with your Portal account (such as with the website and or even a software issue)
- Support with creating your MyJobCorps Portal account or how to reset you password
- Help finding information on how to use MyJobCorps Portal (like a video, user guides, etc.)
- Getting connected with your Admissions Representative if you haven’t heard from them
- Finding quick answers to common questions
