What types of questions will I be asked in my application?

  • Updated

To help us get to know you, Job Corps will ask questions about yourself, your career interests, and your personal experiences.

  • You’ll be asked for your basic information, so we know who you are, where you’re from and how to contact you.
  • You’ll be asked questions about your living situation, education, and employment history so that we can determine your eligibility for Job Corps.
  • You'll be asked about any personal circumstances or events you may be experiencing. Depending on your personal circumstances, the information needed from you may vary.

You’ll also need to submit documentation to verify some of the information provided in your application. You can find a list of the types of documents you may need to provide in the How to Apply guide. Be sure to discuss any required documentation with your Admissions Representative ahead of time since individual circumstances can vary.
